General Information
- All items are preorder at the moment. Delivery days are during weekdays (working days). Weekend and public holidays are not included.
- Certain factors regarding logistics, lack of material by suppliers, or when items suddenly go out of stock during your order, all could be the causes of delayed delivery. Under these circumstances, customers will be contacted and advised to split the order, or cancel the item that may take too much time.
- Due to manufacturing limitations, there will be inevitably some minor wears or tiny spots that will not affect the appearance of products as a whole.
- For products made from raw material such as wood, ceramic, concrete, glass, printed or dyed fabrics, etc., each item shape may be slightly different due to burning or blowing process. It may also cause tiny bubbles, dark spots and uneven color from time to time. Some products are not glazed at the bottom for anti-slip purpose.
- Due to various factors of online shopping, a 10-20% discrepancy in measurement and colors is considered normal.

Shipping Information
- All items have a flat rate of RM10 shipping
- Preorder items take up to 18 - 30 business days to arrive to your destination
- In the event of goods failed to be delivered due to wrong or incomplete information on address, contact number, or name of the person to contact, we will notify you in person.
- Your order items might be delivered in different parcels due to us sourcing from different suppliers.
- Shipping may be delayed during holiday season or in the case of unforeseeable circumstances.
- In the cases when the items are in supply shortage or are defective, we will keep you updated. If the item you have orders is out of stock, we will notify you and your full payment amount for the specific item will be refunded.

Return & Exchange
- Within 30 days upon the arrival of your parcel, if the product you have purchased is unused but faulty / damaged, you are able to ask for a full refund or exchange.
Process:
1. Kindly send us clear pictures or videos of the product you have received by email and state the problem you have encountered clearly.
2. Aside from the product that you’re asking to refund, please also kindly ensure that all items that came with the product be put back into the parcel.
3. Once we have received your parcel, we will arrange your refund/exchange as soon as possible.
